        Very very bad service!!! I ordered the COVID 19 test result by the midnight (Southampton location), but I received it late more than 10 hours. No respond, no refund and no apology. The service team has no sense of conscientiousness.

        The process online was fairly simple nothing to point out. But the person on Centre taking the appointments was unbelievable rude without any sense of customer service. He should be checked out, how come someone with his manners is the front of the centre?
