Beware! When taking my dresses for a simple alteration the seamstress messed it up and then instead of offering to fix it, she threatened me that she could destroy my brand new gown completely. Extremely unprofessional. Don't take anything valuable to her.

Unfortunately it can be expensive to have some of your clothes ruined :-( Just got several hoodies/jumpers back from this laundry after a normal wash and fold, all turned grey-ish after being black and each one of them has shrunken a size or even two so that my husband cant even get them over his head no more. Same goes for a bunch of rare vintage t-shirts. Such a shame since it was high-end and good quality pieces of clothing, that just need a good old wash and not hardcore drying. Also the wash and folding part Im sure most of us can do better at home or even just at a coin laundry, so that our washed clothes and bedding wont have to look more untidy than necessary after just a regular wash - this compared to the prices, which is quite expensive at 99 Dry Cleaners taken their services into account. The collect and delivery service is a plus even though we wont be using this laundry again. It may be at great convenience for most people.

Overpriced and unfriendly. Not worth the services they provide. The overcharge knowing they are unable to provide the service requested. Others in the area are much more affordable and provide a way better service.

I would recommend 99 Dry Cleaners if you're in a pinch. They're friendly and will complete your order on time; however, in my experience, they're harsh on delicates (e.g. they return faded/with a rougher texture)and are unable to remove minor stains that I could treat successfully at home. I would stick to hardier items like athletic wear, casual clothes, and cotton bedding/towels.
