        Felt like posting a review as the last 6 ones are just so bad, it made me feel bad for the brand!! I actually had a good experience with their customer service team about 5 months ago or so : The pair was faulty, and the team was on it, they replied to my emails promptly and very kindly. They managed my issue perfectly, and I received a brand new pair as I needed. Unrelated to customer service but I will leave 4 stars as unfortunately the quality of the product was not there for this pair of shoes, and I find sometimes their pairs a bit bulky, lacking more refined features. But we all should know what to expect for the price we pay right? :)

        Suzy in customer services is awful. Faulty handbag and finding every excuse not to refund! Every excuse - they have my bank statement, my payment details, my bank confirmed what card was used to pay and yet its not sufficient!
