Refused to take a parcel when their shop is clearly listed as a return point. Refused to even try and scan the code.

Not very helpful to be honest, if you have larger packages that are within the 5kg dimensions they say they not take them, but other stores in the area happily accept them. Constantly saying the machine is down multiple times a week. Unsure why they are not keep to help their community out but Im not surprised by the low review score on Google
