        Ordered taxis yesterday for 14 people at 22.30 for 00.10 and after about six phone calls last taxis got to us at 00.45 terrible asking for money off, but driver was rude I would not recommend.

        Excellent service! The driver we had to St Thomas's Hospital and back this evening was brilliant. Shall certainly use Viceroy Cars in future.

        I do not even believe they deserve one star. We booked to go Covent Garden from Banstead. They quoted 52.50 when the driver arrived said no its 65. The driver was rude when questioned answered "i am not in the mood to argue" i felt absolutely appalled and asked him to take us back. Me and my wife recommend u DO NOT use this service. We called another company he took us for 40!!!
