I have only ever had great service , always very polite and all parcels returned as expected

Guy behind the post office counter is rude, arrogant and ignorant. Only went there as Driftbridge was shut. Won't be going there ever again.

I have just been to the post office in Nork to post a parcel, I was so incensed by the service I came straight home to leave this review ! I avoid whenever possible using this post office simply due to the man who runs it, he is rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, why he chooses to work in a business that is about dealing with customers is beyond me, he clearly has no customer service skills whatsoever. he needs to remember that with out our business he would be looking for a new job, one of which isnt customer facing I would suggest. I will choose another post office next time.

I have send 6 parcels to be delivered with 1st class ,and after 2 weeks ,parcels still hasnt arrived at destination. I never had issues sending parcels with Royal Mail.this is disgusting,they dont know where are my parcels and insurance obviously doesnt cover amount of 500 gifts I have send .
