Highly recommend Sacha Scott, a very professional team who help you through at every step. Different members of the team help at different times in their area of expertise. Very handy having someone chaseing the sale through and other lawyers and estate agents giving timely updates. All at a very reasonable price. They dont make you feel just like another person selling a house, make you actually feel like the client getting the service you should.

Sacha Scott were brilliant with the sale of our flat. It was our first time selling and buying at the same time and they were more than happy to answer any queries we had and helped in any way they could. Our flat was on sale when all the 'mini-budget' stuff happened so that scared a couple of buyers away. Sacha Scott immediately got hold of other interested parties and managed to get asking price offers each time and we got our buyer on the third attempt. Nicky was brilliant at liaising with our solicitor and the estate agent we were buying from and kept everything on track. They even helped with some issues we had on moving day for which we can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Sacha, Scott, Nicky, Jordan and the rest of the team!

We cannot speak more highly of our selling experience with Sacha, Scott and their team. It really was the smoothest, professional and high quality series over of interactions over the few months it took to complete. The marketing of the property was superb with fantastic photos. You could not fault the attention to detail. Viewings were handled seamlessly and the digital updates ensured we were fully informed along the way. We also really appreciated the legal nudges and oversight provided as the sale progressed. Absolutely superb! A huge thanks from us both. And for the lovely gifts delivered once we had moved in.
