        I had my boiler serviced last week. The engineer was polite, seemed competent. However, he mentioned that the boiler may need a new part, for which I would have to pay another call out charge (plus the part) and he could not tell me how much it would cost. Also, I was just sent an invoice for 1.29 for parking, which I find really inconsiderate, as I paid 145 for the service AND I was not told that the customer is responsible for paying parking fees when I booked. In summary the service was good, but the approach to customer service is disappointing. I have used this company in the past, and they have always been polite and considerate.
