Waiting from 40 minutes on automated phone call to speak to an advisor, not a single human is available to speak to a customer... please sort out your phone lines from FS customer experience it's an absolute disgrace in this day and age

The fiancial service will give you the finance, but when circumstances change, they are very aggresive, non helpful. They ignore law or any rules or lack any emotions to support a customer. I am no longer going to be customer. Ridiculous.

If you enjoy disgusting customer service, being ignored, messed about and told you arent a genuine customer then this is the company for you! If you dont then, avoid them at all costs- especially for commercial vehicles because they are clearly not a commercial dealership You wont get your vehicle fixed for a good few months, even when under warranty and especially when the whole side door falls off! (Proace 2019) Even when they eventually agree to fix it, they will take it for months on end leaving you with next to no updates, constant lies and then say they are still waiting on the parts. potentially you could be left out of work if not courtesy vehicle is supplied. You will then receive it back with added miles on the clock and no explanation as to why, even when the vehicle isnt road legal Courtesy cars, mostly likely you wont get anything but if youre lucky you might get an Aygo. If you need a commercial vehicle then you might have more chances of seeing a unicorn. You will be told to your face you arent a genuine customer when you book a test drive, even if you have purchased a vehicle from them previously. They even go as far as removing the vehicle from their forecourt just for laughs Their after sales care is non-existent and youre not worthy of their time. You will just get fobbed off time and time again. Dont ever think youll get a call back when they have promised you one because guess what it never happens Theres no point complaining to managers/ head office, you will get more attention from a brick wall. Youre complaints wont be followed up and most likely are just flushed down the toilet They will promise to MOT your van, keep it till the MOT has run out then refuse to do it and simply say and I quote theres nothing we can do so youll have to take it and drive it at your own risk this is due to the fact their measly machines can only carry the weight of their favourited Aygos. They simply arent a commercial dealership and cannot accommodate their own vans. Every once and awhile you will come across a couple of good service team members, but theses are super rare and they can only do so much before it is above them. Clearly Toyota are not worthy of these staff and quite frankly those staff could do better and should leave These problems occur at several different branches (Colchester and Ipswich) but will extend to all branches so unfortunately it is clear that Steven Eagell Toyota is a sham of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered Corolla Sport Design in June 2022 via Motability scheme. Toyota dealership cannot give us a delivery date and its made in Derby . Surely Toyota UK have an idea of their production schedule / forecast, it would be nice to have some transparency for customers. You are making life more difficult for people with disability.
