I have sub contracted and worked along side Kevin and his team and seen his work from start to Finnish , great communication between teams with well constructed plans made to get the job done in the most efficient manor for all involved .theyre all highly recommended by myself and my team . We feel very fortunate to have had Kevin, John and Danny Gear and their associates do the complete renovation of the house we bought during Lockdown. When you think what you want from a building firm, they ticked all the boxes: they listened and understood what we wanted; they quoted clearly and unambiguously; they were punctual, considerate and tidy; they were skilful - and resourceful trouble-shooters ; their workmanship and finish were excellent; when the cost of materials went sky high in 2021, they took action to minimise the impact - and kept their labour costs to the original quote; they provided guidance and wisdom when we asked for it and they are honest and trustworthy. We would thoroughly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Kevin and his team at Gear building highly enough. We have used them for several projects and each time have been delighted with the end result. During each of our projects, it has been a pleasure to have the team on-site which hasn't been my prior experience with a team of builders. We already have our next project on the horizon and will definitely be using Gear Building again. Kevin and his team can do anything! Time and again Kevin has turned my vague ideas into practical solutions. I didn't have a clear idea of how I wanted my new bathroom to look, I just knew all the elements I wanted in there. He came up with the best use of space and it was done with the minimum of fuss and finished to an immaculate standard. I am looking forward to the next project. Service: Refurbishment

Kevin and John of Gear Building built a two storey extension to the rear of our property. The work was started and finished on time even though there were a few minor issues which were quickly over come. The work was carried out in a clean and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of having building work carried out.Great team would definitely use them for any future projects.
