        After having a bad experience previously with lip filler at a different business I was reluctant to get them done again but I am beyond happy with the result they look absolutely amazing. The staff there are really lovely and make you feel really comfortable. Lauren made sure my treatment was as pain-free as possible, will 100% be going back.

        Appalling service. Booked for my wife through their website only for them to call and say that they do not offer that service anymore (30 minutes before the appointment). They also forced us to use a third party service for a refund that left us on hold (and took multiple calls over 2 weeks to secure the refund). What is the point in offering a service if you do not deliver it? Cannot comment on the treatment itself because we were not offered anything. Terrible management.
