TM Roofing Service N/W LTD

Been in the construction industry for well over 20 years and met many roofing cowboys, this Company is certainly not one of them. From start to finish the lads were all very professional, courteous, turned up on time and completed their work to my satisfaction and to the highest of standards. Not happy with the service. Was quoted 450 for roof repair but negotiated 350 cash. They came for literally 20 mins and actually made the problem worse. Water was coming in for weeks and nobody got back to me when I rang. Spoke to Tom who said he would refund me but he has now stopped responding. I would not recommend at all as very poor value for money! Service: Roof repair

We're so pleased with the work and service recieved from Tom and the team. They had a big job to do as our roof has awkward extentions and is in a tight location with barely any vehicle access. Our roof was so old and had multiple leaks, every other roofer shyed away from it. However Tom and his team took on the work and have done a brilliant job in such cold weather! They did a full reroof as well as a flat roof and new gutter on the conservatory. The whole team were so easy to talk to, friendly, helpful and reliable. Very professional with great communication. After discovering a leak in my roof I contact TM Roofing and they came out the same day to survey the roof within a couple of hours. Once here they got their drone out due to it being 3 stories. Within a couple of days provided a quote. Due to weather conditions they were delayed on starting the job but once on site they worked hard to replace the roof within a very tight space. Due to weather conditions they worked till 1900 most nights so we had a water tight roof. I would like to thank the team on an excellent job well done. Please ignore any negative reviews from people who havent had worked done by the contractor. There workmanship was class. Services: Roof inspection, Gutter cleaning, Roof repair, Roof installation

This company is absolutely NOT respecting people's properties. Also they are not save by throwing residues from the roof onto the pavements, which may also be landing on other people's cars. I have observed them as they were doing my neighbour's roof and taken pictures and would NEVER recommend them. They also leave a mess on other people's front gardens with the residues falling off the roof to be repaired /replaced!! Who wants to have workers like that? I have reported them to Blackpool Council. And they work till late and arrive late. My neighbours may have had artificial flowers but think if they had real flowers which are not cheap? They would have been damaged.
