Worst experience imaginable. I had to reschedule an appointment because of an emergency visit to the Hospital. They are demanding a full payment in advance before they even drop by the house to see the job. I appreciate that they have policies in place in case of appointment cancellations, but even after I agreed to pay them in advance - they refuse to issue an invoice. This practice cannot possibly be legal. They demand payment in advance; they refuse to issue an invoice before taking the payment; and they have wasted 2 weeks of my time waiting for them to find an appointment slot. Unacceptable, unprofessional, unreasonable and downright shady.
