We discovered an issue with our sceptic tank late on a Saturday afternoon. The manhole hatch at the tank was close to overflowing. I tried checking for any obvious blocks at the entry to the tank, but couldn't find a problem. I called the Stubwood Helpline first thing on the Sunday morning, within 2 hours, help was at hand to empty the tank and any blockages. We are hugely appreciative for the friendly and prompt service. Made a real difference and prevented the tank overflowing onto our lawn. Great job, great people and we will certainly use Stubwood for our future sceptic tank servicing. Excellent company to deal with. We have used Stubwood many times for septic tank emptying and very badly blocked drains, they have always managed to sort the worst blockages. Very quick to respond. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and special mention and thanks to Ant, the operator, who is just brilliant. We have had some real problems with old drains and he always manages to unblock. Thank you for an excellent, friendly, professional service.
