It has nearly been a year since I have visited and I have not smoked since then. When I had the session, it didn't feel like anything suddenly changed. But whatever Lauretta said to me worked. I listened back to our recording ,like she instructed, for a week or so, then thats been it. So many thanks Lauretta for whatever you did....Alex

Lauretta has been a god send. She really helped me deal with a breakdown giving me much needed help. I am happy to say I'm feeling a lot better now using the tools she gave me. If you are suffering you must reach out and I strongly recommend Lauretta.

In 2004 I was desperate to stop smoking and attended a double session with Lauretta for hypnotherapy. 16 years later and I can count on two hands the number of cigarettes I've had since. To this day the unconscious reinforcement of the reasons of why I wanted to give up in the first place still kick in if I'm ever tempted.

Lauretta is a lovely person and very skilled at her job. She is intelligent and able to understand and help with problems. She's also very relaxed and personable. I'm glad I found her. Definitely recommended.

I was highly recommended counselling sessions with Lauretta whilst I was going through a very stressful period of time. She was a breath of fresh air and was exactly what I needed in terms of someone being thoroughly understanding of what I was going through and helping me reach a positive platform (one that I never envisaged reaching). She offered me practical advice, whilst being sympathetic - and my mental health improved greatly. Lauretta was the lifeline I needed.
