PHOBIA CURE....Dont ask me how it works, but it really does! I had a chronic phobia about rats . (I wouldnt even have been able to have typed the word before I saw Lauretta). The tipping point came two weeks ago when a rat ran in front of me and I had the worst episode Ive ever had. It terrified me and how I responded spurred me into getting help. I went to see Lauretta and immediately felt at ease. I had a mix of NLP, Havening technique and EMDR and almost felt my brain shift. I dont know how but the fear has gone.this was a couple of days ago and Ive walked past the spot I saw the rat before, walked past rubbish bins, walked down an alley (all things I avoided at all costs). If you have a phobia that is out of control and ruling your life, then I wholeheartedly recommend Lauretta and the techniques she uses. Well worth the investment!

Lauretta is so kind and reassuring and I felt validated and heard after just one session. I was so surprised by the change in my thinking and how I positively reacted to my triggers after the first session. Having someone to talk to who won't hold your thoughts against you and is judgement-free was such a relief, which I felt instantly. If you are on the fence, just do it, book a session and know you are in safe hands.

Lauretta has been amazing at helping me with strategies for managing anxiety, and also helping me see tough situations in a different way. She makes me feel very comfortable in the sessions and is very understanding of and helpful with all kinds of problems and situations.

I approached Lauretta to help me through a marriage breakup. She was very understanding and listened to what I had been through. She was able help me understand my feelings and worries and provided me with techniques and literature to help me going forward.
