        Exceptionally rude, very poor customer service. When I complained about this supplier to the event organiser, I was told that they'd had other complaints too and wouldn't be using them again - which might tell you what you need to know. The language he used was not suitable in front of anyone, let alone young people and I was surrounded by children!
