        They do not return calls when I have flagged problems with my prescription. Absolutely disappointing, multiple messages left! Still waiting, maybe this review will get a response!

        I went for an eye test told my eye was -0.5 worse than two years ago, told I need new glasses put through to the young man to help choose new glasses. I didnt have time, I got home and checked what my eyes were last year and they was the same they hadnt changed they hadnt increased by 0.5. I went to complain saying it isnt on. I went in to complain about this but they said they couldnt comment cos they wasnt there but the optician has marked no change. Yet the card they gave me says new glasses required and signed by her. Trying to make me buy new glasses when I didnt need. Fraudsters dont use these crooks!
