Garden House Nursery School - Worcester Park

Our daughter is extremely happy in her nursery setting. We can't thank the staff enough for their patience, care and attention, our daughter adores them. The nursery has a homely feel with all staff playing a role in ensuring our daughter develops, as well as enjoys her pre school years. As parents we are kept well informed, this makes the process of leaving your child in childcare so much easier. Naturally with children, things don't always go to plan and when this has happened the staff have dealt with this in a professional, compassionate manner. We would recommend the nursery to others.

Garden House is a wonderful, nurturing and safe place for my children who have been there for the past 3.5 years and counting. The owner is an impressive business owner who invests heavily into the seamless operational side of the nursery and she employs a high quality management and staffing team which makes all the difference to parent-teacher engagement and happiness of the children. Any issues I have had, have been always been considered and dealt with swiftly by management or the owner directly. The facilities are fantastic and I love knowing that I drop my kids off and they will be happy and safe everyday. As a household with two working parents, I couldnt recommend the nursery more if you want stress free high quality childcare. Make sure you get on that waiting list early as places are always in high demand.

We first used the nursery for our son who is now 6, he loved going and we saw him really develop his confidence and he had great relationships with the team. Our 18 month old daughter now goes to the Garden House Nursery. She loves going, and we enjoy seeing all the activities she does via the very useful app. The team are always so thoughtful and helpful, I can see that the genuinely care about the children.

We have been entrusting the care of our eldest 2 daughters to Stars for more than 4 years now, and we haven't regretted our decision at all. They have both been well looked after, have learned how to integrate into groups with other children, and really enjoyed themselves while learning plenty along the way. They have made great friends that in our older daughters case have continued as she progressed into school, and in our younger daughters case, continue to flourish on her nursery days. And they have had some fantastic mentors, with some genuinely lovely key workers that have made a real difference to their development. With our third daughter now 7 months old, we will not hesitate to send her to Stars as well.
