Ignis Solutions has serviced our boiler for last few years and we have always been very happy. When we have had boiler issues, Mark has fitted us in very quickly even though they were very busy. Matthew has come out to us in the evening (way past home time, Im sure) to do the repairs necessary to ensure we werent without heat and again this morning Mark took my call exceptionally early and dealt with our problem immediately. Can recommend these guys with confidence - they care about their customers, pricing always very fair and they go out of their way to sort things out quickly for us.

We have used Matt a couple of times now when the engineers provided under the insurance scheme have been unable to solve the problem. Matt has come in and systematically investigated the problem, fixing it when all of the others had failed, without trying to sell us expensive power flushes or other products. He is really responsive to emails and on the phone and I would recommend him and his team to anybody.
