        This was always a fantastic charity shop, with lovely staff, and I always recommended people to make donations there. How things have changed. More recently the new manageress is really rude, grills you in an unpleasant way about donations, and I now go elsewhere.

        Came out in the pouring rain twenty minutes ago with a bag to donate and found this place shut ! Even though website says open, shuts at 4pm. This and another salon down the road, exactly the same - both saying open, both are shut. Very bad. Will take my things to Barnardo's in future, at least thier website states the truth !
