        Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with! They care 0% about their clients and treat you like you are stupid. Nothing is ever their fault when they are the trained professionals. Any blame they can place elsewhere they will, which make the whole experience soul destroying. We also experienced mistakes even on legal documents, communication was absolutely terrible. Like other reviews we also experience the time off without letting anyone know. Even when you try to explain your disappointment they really do not care. Moving house is stressful enough do not use!

        Fantastic work and support throughout the purchase of buying our first home. As it was our first time doing things, I'm sure we had very silly questions but Elaine and her team were very helpful. We were told that we would be waiting for months to complete but the process went so fast and without issue. Would recommend to others going forward. Thanks again.
