Superdrug

Please tell the pharmacist I have copied and pasted this from the NHS website; Breast milk is the only food or drink babies need in the first 6 months of their life. Water Once your baby has started to eat solid foods (from around 6 months) you can offer them sips of water from a cup or beaker with meals. I went to another pharmacy who gave me a suppository that helped with the problem instantly. Therefore the advice of there is nothing that can be done and I need to take him to a&e was incorrect. We used - Glycerin Suppositories BP 1g Infants' Size. Please let them know this is what should have been given to me.

Pharmacy team has changed, horrible service now! My mum ordered her repeat prescription two weeks ago,one kind of medicine was not prepared when she went to collect it. My mum has to reorder again, which means she has no routine medicine for more than 15 days!!! The staff there are not helpful, seems unhappy all the time.

I had to change my previous rating as it takes forever in the que if you are served by Julie. There was only one person being served and she was explaining to the customer how the toothpaste works and all the pro's of 2 different toothpastes though it was same brand. Also offering all the star buys gels and what they are and how good they are. Then I asked if I can be served by someone else and she serving me already trying to send me to pharmacy department to pay. Manager needs to send her on a customer service course because that was out of order. If this person will be at the till next time I visit superdrug, I will keep walking and not buy things there.

I love this superdrug. The staff are so lovely and helpful. They always have everything I need :)
