        I just cant with your booking system anymore. Ring at 8, yet you are told too many people are on the line and call back later and you get hung up on. Is anyone actually able to make an appointment? With an actual doctor? Not on the phone via the nhs app because when I tried that the person I spoke to (2 hours late) would not listen to what I was saying and I had to give up in the end.

        Personally very happy with the surgery. Reception staff are busy but have always been really helpful with anything I needed to get sorted, practice nurse was friendly and efficient and Dr Scott has been excellent in managing my health conditions. I think like all GP surgeries they are underfunded and overworked but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

        Awful awful surgery. Cannot get through for an appointment and youre left frustrated for eternity whilst left on hold. Do not waste your time with this place. Its terribly managed and staff do not care about you.
