        I wanted to use the Vodafone free drink offer which I saw on the App before visiting the caf but when I got there and was ready to redeem it, I could no longer find the offer. I then spent ages waiting on hold to speak to someone from Vodafone, but when I finally got through, the person was not really able to help. By this time the drink had been ordered, prepared and served, and the staff kindly did not charge me for it, even though I was unable to find the offer code on the App. Therefore I would give five stars to Costa Coffee but zero stars to Vodafone, especially since I am charged a lot for my mobile contract.
