Wouldve rated minus stars if I could. Terrible service. Ordered one dish and received the wrong one. When I phoned to ask why theyd sent the wrong one, they said they didnt do the dish I asked for. I asked them why they didnt tell me and he didnt give me an answer. I spent 25 on the order and regularly order with them and when I asked for a refund for that dish he said no and that 25 isnt a lot of money. Thats poor taste for the current climate we live in and Im appalled at that statement. Awful customer service and the food was terrible. Dont order from here.

I ordered a take out for myself and sisters for pick up, was more or less ready for the time arranged, when I got home they had missed out the curry sauce that I ordered and the butterfly prawns were over cooked and burnt around the edges was very disappointed as this left me with just rice the other orders were fine and they was happy with there food although all of the food was lukewarm and had to be reheated. I tried calling to let them know what happened but was constantly going to message I eventually got through about an hour later and was told to call back the next day as they was to busy no apology was given, I called them the next day and was asked if I wanted credit for next time, I asked for money back and was told to pop in and they would give me cash although I paid with card, I went there within half an hour and then was told by an older lady that works there that it has to go back the way I paid she said Sainsburys do that but I agued the point that the guy said I could get the cash I also said that know one had said sorry and that I was very disappointed, she then said she doesnt care they are to busy and again mentioned that Sainsburys dont say sorry! I got the cash back in the end but definitely would not go back there again!
