        rude unhelpful man on the door today when my daughter asked for a statement or headed letter with her name on to register at the local GP practice. She was told to go online and do it ...for 1 she doesnt do online banking and for 2 there was nowhere for her to request anything to be posted . Went back down with her to get it sorted but now close at 2pm ... looking into changing banks and maybe finding one with better customer care

        Consistently good service. Counter staff are helpful and polite and waiting time for service is usually short except at peak lunch times. Also easy to make appointments with a bank manager when required.
