        Usual Greggs experience and same as every other store, b nice to see more heathly options appearing.

        Would not even give it one star if that was an option. Bad customer service and since when has Greggs become a cold counter service? Is not the whole point of getting pasties and such is that it is served hot! That is what customers are paying for, not cold food! Absolutely ridiculous. They need to state publicly in their shop they do not sell hot food anymore.
