This review is long overdue. I went to Fe at Naturcare for acupuncture and advice (after seeing an osteopath for 2 months with no relief). I had two frozen shoulders and was in terrific pain- it was debilitating. I attended the prescribed sessions for several months, as I was not able to get in with the NHS, and with manipulation and acupuncture, Fe was able to help me feel normal again. I highly recommend Naturcare. I was treated with professionalism and dignity during my many months of visits.

Bob is an absolute hero. I've been suffering from chronic pain in my chest and back for a year and kept being written off by the NHS as having costochondritis and was prescribed opiates which I refused to take. I also developed heart problems which cardiology said were largely caused by the chest pain. I had 8 months worth of physio which made absolutely no difference. Bob really listens and is very thorough. He looked me over and discovered I had a rib head out, unhappy ligaments and a lot of inflammation around it and my rib cage wasn't functioning correctly. After 4 sessions over the course of 2 months of remedy massage/acupuncture with him, my chest and back are pain free for the first time in a year and my heart feels almost normal. I really can't thank him enough - it's not an exaggeration to say he's given me my life back. I wish I'd seen him sooner!

I visited Fei at his practice during the pandemic for my persisting achilles tendonitis tear, which I had suffered with for over two years. Fei is an incredibly welcoming owner, highly specialised in his field and offered support with guidance beyond the primary problem. He promoted the benefits of intermittent fasting, reduction in alcohol consumption and general rehabilitation in day to day activities. All these factors contributed to my recovery and now I am able to exercise comfortably and lead a healthy lifestyle. I am also 14 months without alcohol, and commend Fei for his motivational discussions and encouragement in reaching this milestone. I think his personal touch and ability to gain your trust makes him and his practice one of the best in the city and I am forever grateful. Thank you Fei!
