Helen was recommended to me by a friend and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others. She was able to quickly assess the reason for the pain I was experiencing and I left feeling significantly better as well as equipped with information of stretches and breathing techniques. Not only is she a great therapist but also so friendly and helpful.

Helen is an amazing sports masseuse; friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable! I have suffered from a shoulder injury for a long time and after just a couple of sessions with Helen, the tension has eased dramatically. She also gave me some stretches to do at home in between massages which have helped to speed up my recovery. Helen is by far the best soft tissue specialist I've ever seen and I highly recommend her services.

I went to Helen with a shoulder injury that she assessed and then treated over a few sessions. Helen also gave me exercises to do at home. The treatment was great and really helped my recovery.
