Needed a skip as having a massive clear out, phone up & the lady I spoke to was very helpful, as didn't know what size I needed. Book skip for week later, the driver came on time & was polite, I told them when I wanted it pick up & they came on the day & time stated. Very pleased with the service they provided from the office staff to the driver. Would definitely be using again, and I would be recommending to my family & friends Services: Trash removal & disposal, House & garage cleanouts

Have used Skip It over the years many times! These guys know what they're doing so if you need a skip or lorry-wait and load, don't waste your time looking elsewhere! Never been let down once and the drivers have always been great and are always there to help no matter what. Most recently, had to clear out 3 large flats in Paddington which were filled with rubbish, could only do wait and load due to stringent parking restrictions on the main road, had 5 lorries each bang on time, one after another, and with the help of the drivers had everything cleared out in a few hours...job done! Great service and would highly recommend for any waste removal or disposal, big or small I'm sure they can do it. Many thanks to Mo and his boys for sorting everything out on the difficult last job, even at such short notice and in tough conditions! Apologies again if I seemed rude on the day but I was under a lot of pressure, I'm surprised the boys maintained their composure and didn't throw me in the back along with the rubbish!! Unfortunately we had a really negative experience with this company. We booked them as a result of their positive reviews but our experience was the complete opposite. We are undergoing renovations in our flat and booked a wait and load skip for 3pm and had everything outside ready to go. An hour later the skip hadnt arrived. When I called I was promised a call back in five mins after the call handler had spoken to the driver. 45 minutes later - no call. I called again and spoke to someone different who again promised me a call back, which they did do this time. I was told the skip had broken down and they wouldnt be able to make the pick up. This was at the end of their working day but even giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was what had honestly happened why not call us to let us know? Had we known earlier that this was the case we could have made alternative arrangements. Instead we were left with three unhappy builders, a pile of rubbish in the street, angry neighbours and the following day a complaint from the council. Not good customer service. We arranged a pick up the next morning with Skipit who promised us someone would arrive at 8.30am but by 8.40am no one had arrived. We called again and were told the driver was just leaving now. Over an hour later they finally arrived. At no point were any of the staff apologetic or understanding. They didnt seem to care at all. The service is unreliable and I would recommend you avoid booking them. Services: Construction debris removal, Appliance removal & disposal
