First impressions count and Jenny and Emily went out of their way to help me with all my enquiries, and Sharon looked after me for my treatment - she was so highly professional and friendly - plus I got a discount for being a 1st time customer. Had a lush experience here! I was recommended Emily, as she is more experienced with curly hair. I was about 20 minutes late due to maps taking me to one of the car parks at Nonsuch Park instead so fyi, type in the actual David Lloyds or Nonsuch High school to get there. But anyway, called them to apologise and the lovely lady on reception gave me directions. When I got there I was offered a hot drink, which is always a nice touch. Hair cut itself was fantastic. Emily really listened to what I wanted and advised me around it. Chopped off quite a bit so this stuff is important! Additionally I got a great discount as a first time customer!
