        I needed to get a rabies vaccine, and I know there is currently a shortage so it's hard to find a clinic that offers it. I spoke to the booking team on the phone and confirmed that I would be able to get the rabies vaccine at this clinic. I double checked because I'd already wasted a trip to a different clinic where I hadn't rung in advance. I booked to come to this one, taking time off work, and taking an hour of public transport to make it to the appointment. When I arrived I was told that they couldn't do the vaccine and that it was intradermal (ID) only, whereas the website says I would be given a choice. What a colossal waste of everyone's time. Never again.

        Went there for covid travel test ,coming from America. Was in and out in no time. Very nice staff. Surely recommend .
