        I ordered this taxi at 5 this morning in an emergency. I was quoted 32. I got into the taxi and the driver informed me he would have to pay congestion charge which was 15. I didn't know what to respond so just kept quiet and said I was happy to pay the quoted price of 32. He told me he would have to charge 5 more at least, and that it had to be cash, and he didn't have change. I am a young woman and did not feel safe to refuse or argue. I had to pay 40 for this cab. Bootleg service, squeezing money out of customers. Disgraceful.
