Needed a quick bite,, Nasty stale tasteless food !.one spoon and it went straight in the bin "I had oxtail by the colour of the bone and dryness I could tell that's been in the fridge for days,no seasoning stale peas in the rice,"I run my own kitchen and if I ever seved food like that I'd be out of business!!!

We orders a few things and I really liked it. We called up just to double check our order and they were really polite and had great customer service. If you are unaware , there is a stereotype that Caribbean shops have terrible customer service but great food. The food was good for what is was. Ok sizing and tasted alright. Good for people with all pallets. Not too spicy and not bland. I appreciate the packaging as it was paper boxes and ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY I had a taste of vegan food; it was DELICIOUS and refreshing ! I had oxtail which was ok but again as its not like home cooked food. I could tell it didnt have the same KICK but this is to cater to all pallets. So it was good. The rice was well cooked and had some flavour to it and wasnt boring. The roti - I realllly liked the roti. I had to eat several things to feel full but I was happy with the food maybe because I didnt have to pay . I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 as the side order of plantain we only received 3 slices. THREEEEE SLICES ! Plantain is 3 for a 1 and quick and easy to fry. I hate ordering plantain as I usually have some at home but I thought as it was my first time and I was too lazy to fry it myself I would try Elizas. Very disappointed as a minimum is usually 5 or if they are feeling generous youll get a whole plantain worth. And between the two of us we had to share 3 pieces which wasnt nice.

The young girls who served me were lovely, helpful and kind. The chicken was definitely not fresh and when I called to complain I was then told that it was cooked on that day (100% wasnt). Although the manger did offer to reimburse me for the stale chicken (which was kind) Ill rather not take the risk! The only reason Im leaving a bad review is because I specifically said the food was for my children and asked if it was fresh. Got home and had no dinner ready for my kids. I wasnt a happy bunny and neither were my hungry kids. Please cook less food everyday. Better you run out rather then serve OLD FOOD!!

Wow! Just had the chick pea curry and rice. It was perfect! I do not like chick peas. I do now, keep up the great work.
