Disgusting carry on from these so called professionals, be warned they will take a weeks rent of you to hold the property just to email you back to say the owner has made an agreement with someone else, leaving a person desperately in need of another flat with a weeks rent now non refundable for at least 5 days! Taking risks with other peoples lifes and certainly mental strength. AVOID AT ALL COSTS or should I say a weeks rent costs!!

Requested deposit return information from Dan concerning a prior letting. Was told that this information was going to take months as they needed to go to their accountants etc etc. All he need to to do was look at the Agencys previous emails to the co tenant outlining the deposit return and deductions from the deposit. A simple task most would agree. Not for Dan and this Agency. My daughter and the Co tenant did so much to help with the re-letting of the flat by taking photos of the property, which saved the agency time and of course money. But a simple request to help them out is blocked. Avoid this agency if good customer service is required.

I've been using Property Net as letting agents for many years, & always get fast friendly & very efficient service from them, they vet tenants thoroughly & make sure the entire letting process is hassle free for landlord & tenant, I would always highly recommend them.
