Sadly having to edit my review one year on, but you can read my very positive below for when we needed to install a new boiler. We contacted Ben on the 2nd of November to get the annual check up required for the warranty and he told us hes attend beginning of December. We followed up last week and he wont be attending until January but did not bother to contact us to let us know. We are now left having to find a plumber on a short notice in December. Excellent service! Ben installed a new boiler for us, clearly (and patiently) explaining all our options and answering all our questions. Tidied up the mess before leaving. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Had an issue where a damaged valve needed replacing as I had ordered a new washing machine and the John Lewis guys couldnt do it (not their fault, the valve is old and damaged). So I immediately called this plumbing service who swiftly replied back within a few minutes and after explaining my situation, sent someone around not long after that! The gentleman who replaced my valve and installed the machine for me was very polite, knew what to do, tidy and professional. Price was also good for the work Carried out. Id highly recommend them and will call on them in future if I need further work done. Thanks again.
