Highly recommended. The service was amazing, came out the same day and gave me a lot of information and got rid of my mice problem on the first go. The staff are so friendly and they offered a follow up appointment to check everything over. Ana was who I spoke to and she was so kind (even tho it was 11pm) and Ben came and done the job next morning and he went above to make sure I was ok and to get the job done right. It's never good to leave a bad review, but the level of incompetency was outrageous. I have been recommended the company from instagram. I got in touch with Nicole, which I found was very helpful. I scheduled the quickest visit for a technician to come and assess the issue. I specify that I'd have to take time off work for this to happen and to please not be late( screenshots attached). Today, I get home on time for the visit after 20 minutes waiting I send a msg over to Nicole to then recive a call from out of the technician saying he will not attend the appointment because there has been a misunderstanding and he has sowhere else to go and an apology. Unfortunately, this is not good enough when you have to take time off, and you specifically ask on top of that to please make sure there will be no issue. The saddest part is that no one will pick up the phone to deal with this or find any type of solution. Example ( I will come after to still carry out the works even if outside my shift since the mistake made or we will give you a discount for the problem caused) nope none of that. Absolutely poor management. I will never go with this company ever again, and I discourage people from choosing them.
