    Superb attentive coaches, superb venue, highly recommended. The group classes are very motivating - I had never done any weight training before I came to the Strong Camp classes at Synergy, and the very patient coaches have helped me gain the skills to really benefit from this type of exercise.

    I have been training with Sarra at Synergy Personal Training studio since the business first opened 12 years ago. I am also a member of Synergy Running Club. Sarra and her team are excellent in helping people achieve their fitness goals whatever they may be. For me these have changed over the years and have included running a marathon, overcoming a serious skiing injury , post-natal return to fitness and more recently trying to run faster and beat my 10k PB. Sarra and Magda always show great expertise and care. Could not recommend highly enough .

    I absolutely love Synergy and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Sarra has saved my life. She works holistically with me, helping me to understand my body and how it works. Sarra has got me thinking not just about my fitness, but about my overall lifestyle, and how stress and the types of food I eat impact my body. With her help I found myself losing over 2 stone in weight and getting fitter in years. I've had advice on everything from HRT to massage! I have set backs like we all do, but there is always a positive energy that you can come back and I've stuck with it where other gyms and training routines have been harder. It's a really inclusive place: lots of women, older people, pregnant mums, and sometimes whole families attend. The other trainers (Magda and Katalin) are also excellent and very knowledgeable. Their classes are in person or online so you can set yourself a weekly routine - Strong Camp and Roll (foam roller!) & Stretch are my two favourites. It's the best!
