        DO NOT GO HERE. 0 stars if I could wasted my time, made an appointment which I was running a little late, I called to tell them and they said it was fine, for them to tell me when I got there they couldnt see me even though someone was already being seen so they were clearly behind schedule, lady does not know what shes talking about, told me to go to hospital for a minor eye problem and said the gp doesnt know what shes talking about. Very unprofessional. Dont waste your time or money here.

        Had a sight test here and the optician was very thorough and checked the health of my eyes too. I was not rushed and was very pleased with the prescription. Highly recommend for eye test.

        I am very unhappy with 20 20 they made three mistakes with my glasses. After I have to pay five hundred pounds for my glasses. Wild I was there I saw people coming and complaining about their glasses. I would not recommend them full stop.
