At first we were very pleased with the service and with the flat shown to us. Unfortunately the rental is now in the hands of a property management company that is absolutely unprofessional and offers a very porr service. The flat had many "hiden" flaws and we have had many issues in the last months. Foxton's were completely unavailable to help us left us to deal with the mess: it is "not their problem any more". On top of everything we were also convinced to agree on a long contract that is difficult to terminate early despite all the inconvieniences we have been subjected to.
