    Barrington really knows his stuff and in 12 weeks I made more progress than in the 2 years I was training before hand. His diets are really on point and they really helped me make the progress I wanted in such a short amount of time. He also takes into account your financial situation and won't try and rip you off and will only offer you what he thinks you need and no more. 10/10

    I am a 50yr old man who has always been active & tried to keep fit i felt compelled to actually write a review for the first time in my life. I have used lots of old school training techniques passed down to me by previous training partners which has helped me maintain a fairly good level of fitness & body shape. Over the past 6 months since Covid ,I found i was flagging & feeling less motivated, i did not like my soft muscles. Things changed for me when i recently started to be trained by Barrington in 121 sessions at my local gym in Sittingbourne after we started to chat one evening when i was training. His warm personality, his endless knowledge & enthusiasm has inspired me to work hard again to try & work off those annoying love handles, get my core muscles tight again & who knows i may even get the elusive six packed abs just like Barrington(Ok i forgot that i am 50 so the six pack may be a little to far) If you want to be trained by somebody who clearly cares about your fitness, is fun to train with, has an endless amount of knowledge & sets goals that you want to achieve ,then check out and train with Barrington on a 121 basis because you will not regret it. I now look forward to each session in the gym even when it gets tough because i can see some amazing results already after a short period of 121 training with Barrington.
