        The academy is a great place to learn how to first protect yourself mentally and physically. There aren't many places that can offer this level of attention in different martial art disciplines at one time.

        Wing Chun guy for 3 years before coming here. Can say the lessons are beginner friendly, Instructor/Sifu Mark Philips and his senior students are enthusiastic towards helping new students. Sifu is humble, kind, and open minded. No toxicity exists in the dojo. Sifu is well trained - teaches Wing Chun, Sanda Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu well. As a Wing Chun practitioner myself, I can confirm his skills are of expert level. Sifu also produces high level students. I only met a few of his advanced Wing Chun students but they are all capable of applying Wing Chun. You will learn a lot here!
