He sold me a toy car for 15. When I got home to put batteries in, I found that while one put AA batteries in to the remote controller, which I succeeded in doing (though without undoing a screw, which was in fact missing), the body of the car had nowhere to put AA batteries, but a coaxial input for charging, and no charger. When I went back to the shop, he supplied a usb to coaxial charging wire from another box that he had to open up, but reckoned I should have the screw. Of course I promised to bring back the original charging wire if I found it. Sadly, when I searched in the room in which I had opened and worked with the toy, neither charging wire nor the screw were anywhere to be found (and nobody had used that room in between). Replacing a screw when you're not told its thread and length is unacceptably inconvenient, but the toy is still usable if, when you have changed the batteries, you stick the controller together with sellotape or something. So I can give him four stars, but, sadly, no more, unless he posts the length and thread of the missing screw on here - I have no way of contacting the shop, except by going there again.
