        Location good.staff bad. So called manager Gabriela the worst of them all.i told the staff how abrupt,unfriendly she is. Her customer service skills are zero and below zero.all she knows to say is "I can't ".as I said that to her and staff .she didn't like it,made story I was abusive and cancel my booking.she doesn't care about Travelodge money .she cares about her ego .as long as Travelodge keep employing people as bad as Gabriela they will risk bankruptcy and bad rating at least.
