Got followed around like I was a thief in store earlier today from the second I came in to then having the cashier walk up to me tutting away because a shower gel had fallen on the floor. I come here often and todays treatment was not acceptable.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. The store is clean and tidy. easy to find products. All senior staffs are my favourite who help with offers. Thank You for Shamshad and Team.

A great managed store, staff very helpful , sometimes till goes busy and little wait but great customer service, lady work on til samshad very kind and always let me know about new products and offers

came to this place multiple times the blonde manager was always rude toward multiple customers,very low customer service from her also she is very disrespectful and this has been proved multiple times .as in i went to the shop with multiple people i could see that she was clearly disturbed my our presence, as i got closer just to ask for details on a product she decides to give me a straight answer i dont know! and decides to walk off as im not done speaking. but this wasnt the last time, i decided to go again in the shop a few days ago and i had got the wrong product the day before as i went in to ask if i was able to change it because it wasnt used she decided to catch an attitude with me and raise her voice at me in front of a few more costumers you could see the tension which was created in the shop due to her attitude and rudeness
