        Worst service I have ever experienced by any company. I was going on holiday to Georgia and requested that they deliver my luggage there for me, I went for 2 weeks. They eventually delivered the luggage after I returned to U.K! I refuse to pay for this appalling service, they are refusing to deliver the parcel for free as a gesture of goodwill, and they are even refusing to return it back to me. I had no clothes and was not able to give the gifts to my friends either. Completely ruined everything.
