Reply from Paypoint, following my previous review below: We are sorry to learn of the poor experience you had when visiting this PayPoint location. PayPoint retailers are not permitted to charge an additional fee for cash payments for our services, and doing so is against their agreement with us. It is disappointing to hear that this store is not acting in line with our policies. We will be investigating this matter with the store, reminding them of their contractual agreements, and ensuring that this practice is stopped. We will then monitor the store for any further complaints of this kind, and if we receive these, further action will be taken against the store. Actually give no star at all. I was charge 2 as service charge for topping up my electricity key, which I now found out is illegal. I have reported to Paypoint. Thieves.
