We chose LLAC for our loft conversion through a Google search, as we were living in Sydney and had no recommendations to draw on. It was the best leap of faith we have ever made. From the outset, the team were responsive, communicative, open and helpful. I foresaw the potential for communication problems by undertaking building work from so far away, but there were none. Yllis team did what they said they would do, in the timeframe and price that they promised. The workmanship is of incredible quality, as his guys take great pride in their work. We are completely delighted and would not change a thing.

This company built the loft in my house 18 months ago. I have just bought the house & the guarantee for the loft. It took 1 month of chasing to get the contract from them, as the previous owner sent me the guarantee but not the contract during the conveyancing. See pictures of problems. I called them and they don't pick up the phone because they know it's me, and I contacted them about some cracks leaking water and guttering issues in the past. 3 minutes later I call with a different number to speak to the manager about some insulation and they pick up. They say this is not our problem, this is something else, we gave this area to previous owner for free because he is a good guy so the problems there now are not ours (and after this I find out owner paid for it about 3000) or they say our guys fitted the gutter but it was free of charge and even though we left a gap between gutter and side wall, it's not our problem. All the time. When one of their guys came to fix a leak (which happened after only 18months after completion), he said that part of the job was subcontracted to somebody else as they were very busy at the time and the subcontractors did a poor job applying silicone between the flat and slope roof, which the summer sun cracked and caused the leak in the winter. This person who fixed the problem even sent me the pictures on Whatsapp of the crack before and after applying a single coat of fiberglass paint (no sand and cement for the crack as it should be for a better job, and no double coat of paint). See pictures and warranty certificate for yourself. My opinion is that this company is run in an unscrupulous way which affects people's lives for the sake of profit, and they don't want to accept their responsibility for the bad job they've done. I'm very upset and determined to get the roof problems fixed properly. Unfortunately I'm having to contact different specialists as LLAC refuses to cooperate despite their obvious faults.
