The waiting time is way longer than they tell you because usually they just forget. I was waiting for my card for 40 minutes when they said 10. Some lady took me to type my pin in front of another customer and then just left so i didnt know if I could take the card or not.

This is the worst bank you could think off. I have tried to open an account last week Sunday and they asked me to get my original naturalization. I am originally Iraqi. They have a race discrimination. I got the original document along with my British passport. They manager is very rude. The workers are very rude. I decided to not open an account as they dont know what they doing. They wasted my time. Therefore I wouldnt recommend anyone to open an account with them. They dont even know what a neutralisation is. Its a scheme we have American bank in the UK.

The bank was ok, didn't like way that clerk asked me personal questions on where I got my money from like it was nosey and not nessasary for that input. Anyway hope this doesn't affect my time here in London.
